2.00 lb Light Malt (DME)

7g Thomas Coopers Dry Yeast

FG: 1.012???

Disloved can of Coopers and DME in a small pot with ~1/2 gallon of water.
Cooled water and added to caboy

Pitched yeast (75 F)

Color ~ +50 SRM.

Slight fermentation started.
Malty toasted aroma.

Fermentation started with rocky krausen.
Shook carboy to re-include krausen, and had a mess to clean up all over walls
Malty toasted aroma.

SG dropping (less head retention of krausen)
Malty toasted aroma with hints of sulfer.

Transfered 5 gal to keg.
